Liability

Tasay does not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this website. Tasay reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time giving fair reason (e.g. not for personal use, technical error, fraudulent activity etc.). We will make all reasonable effort to contact the purchaser on the details provided with the order – money received will be refunded using the original payment method. 

Pricing Policy and Currency Used

Tasay uses Australian Dollars (AUD$) as the nominated currency on all transactions and includes a 10% GST (Australian Goods and Service Tax). This is applicable to all orders.  The GST amount is already included in the price of your order at checkout.

Product Display

Product colour can vary due to different screen resolutions on different devices. Some social media content may include filters on some marketing material.

Acceptance of Goods

On receiving the order, it is the customer responsibility to inspect the goods for fault or damage. Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Tasay, as soon as possible after order has been delivered via the “Contact Us” page. Please see our Returns Policy for more information. 

Social Media Policy

We use our social media pages as a marketing tool. If you tag any images, videos or content with any of our brand social media handles, (Instagram: @tasay_est24, Facebook:   , TikTok:  tasay.com.au) you are voluntarily submitting the content and give Tasay the unrestricted right to use, in any capacity without limitation and compensation.

Although our social media pages are mainly used for marketing purposes, we will still do our best to read and respond to as many comments, posts and messages as possible, please understand at times this may not be the case. If your enquiry is urgent or if you would like to discuss a matter further, please contact our us through our “Contact us” page on our website https://tasay.com.au 

Tasay in its complete discretion, reserves the right to remove posts if it is considered offensive, irrelevant, hurtful or spam. Promotion for commercial services will be removed unless prior permission has been received.

Typographical Errors

In the event that an item(s) is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Tasay reserves the right to withdraw that item(s) from sale, and to refuse or cancel orders. We will make a reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received. 

Reviews

When placing an order you consent to receiving a follow up email requesting a review on the purchased products. Tasay promotes a positive platform. We publish product reviews on https://tasay.com.au that will assist other buyers to make informed selections on products that are constructive in feedback. Please understand we do not publish reviews that are abusive, unhelpful or against our philosophy. Please reach out to us on our “Contact Us” page if you wish to provide direct feedback on our product or brand. 

By submitting any content to Tasay whether on the website or social media, you guarantee that:

  • You are the sole author and owner of the intellectual property rights in the content.
  • All “moral rights” that you may have in such content have been voluntarily waived by you.
  • All content that you post is accurate.
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • Use of the content you supply does not violate these Terms of Use and will not cause injury to any person or entity.
  • Give Tasay the rights to use the content published, whether it was published on the website or social media, without limitations, conditions or compensation.

You further agree that you may not submit any content:

  • That is known by you to be false, inaccurate or misleading.
  • That infringes any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy.
  • That violates any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising).
  • That is, or may reasonably be considered to be, defamatory, libelous, hateful, racially or religiously biased or offensive, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing to any individual, partnership or corporation.
  • For which you were compensated or granted any consideration by any unapproved third party.
  • That includes any information that references other websites, addresses, email addresses, contact information or phone numbers.
  • That contains any computer viruses, worms or other potentially damaging computer programs or files.

For any content that you submit, you grant Tasay a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you.

All content that you submit may be used at Tasay’s sole discretion. Tasay reserves the right to change, condense, withhold publication, remove or delete any content on Tasay’s website that Tasay deems, in its sole discretion, to violate the content guidelines or any other provision of these Terms of Use. Tasay does not guarantee that you will have any recourse through Tasay to edit or delete any content you have submitted. 

Ratings and written comments are generally posted within one to five business days. However, Tasay reserves the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission to the extent authorized by law.  You acknowledge that you, not Tasay, are responsible for the contents of your submission. None of the content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of Tasay or third party service providers.

Payment options

We only accept online purchases only. Mastercard, Visa Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Dispatch and Delivery Times

Tasay is an online only store based in Brisbane, Queensland. We ship to all states in Australia. Tasay does not ship internationally to any location outside of Australia.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 business days of Order Confirmation, subject to all ordered items being in stock. If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order, we will contact you via email and offer an alternative solution or a refund.

Tasay uses third party delivery services such as Australia Post. This means delivery times after dispatch are subject to those third-party services which are outside of our control. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Tasay will not be liable for any loss, expense, or other damage caused by delivery after an order has been dispatched. 

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs will vary depending on the size and weight of your order and this will be calculated on checkout. Free shipping applies to all orders over $200.

Ensure a Safe Delivery

Be sure to include a company name if you are requesting a delivery to a business address. Please ensure the delivery address provided is a safe address where your parcel cannot be intercepted. Tasay will not be held responsible for any damages or losses that occur after dispatch as this is out of our control. The associated risk in leaving goods unattended in these circumstances is borne by you. 

Returns

Returns can be arranged by reaching out to us in the “Contact Us” section and will be dealt with on a case-to-case basis. We will only accept returns if arranged within 10 business days after the order was delivered to you.  It is important that product tags remain attached, and the item(s) must be in original condition. Once we have received your return and the quality and state of the product has been deemed acceptable, we will process a refund. Please note shipping costs will not be refunded, only the price of the product at the time of purchase. The person making the return will be liable to cover the shipping cost of the return back to Tasay.

Sale items will not qualify for returns or refunds. All purchases of sale items will be final.
